The Full Story
Originally built in 1994 on a generous 1,850 m² plot, Lagonisi Beach House was thoughtfully renovated in 2023 to transform it into a unique short-term rental and event venue.

The kitchen is used exclusively for hosting events, while the storage room supports the daily operations of the house.

The two sea view apartments are located on the upper levels of the main building, each offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea. Each apartment is 77 sqm and includes two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom, providing comfortable accommodation for families or couples. Garden View I & II
The two garden view apartments are located on the ground level, each offering 126 sqm of spacious living. Each unit features two comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus an additional guest bathroom for convenience. A separate utility room provides extra practicality for longer stays.
